I found this door at the Habitat for Humanity Restore in Alamogordo, NM, for just $1.00
It moved to New England with us and I planted it in the backyard. I'm pretty sure our neighbor hated it! He let his hedges grow just a little bit taller right behind the door!
The door didn't seem to like the cold weather and the snow, so I took it out and brought it inside till I figured out something else to do with it. And then came Pinterest! I found potting tables made from old doors and decided that's what I wanted to do.
We found leftover house paint in the basement and although I wouldn't have picked these colors if I was buying paint, I decided FREE is GOOD!
Here is the potting table now painted to match the house. I'd still like to add a shelf above the candle holders, but for now I'm finished.
