Our 1933 Cape Cottage Home
We recently moved into this house. We love it! But it needs a little work to make it our own. We've been busy moving in, getting the three younger ones ready for school and delivering the two oldest to college. School has finally started for everyone, so now it's time to work on the house.
Up first - Ripping off wallpaper in the living/dining room. I got the kids to help with that. **But who will help us figure out what color to paint it?!
Up next - Painting the kitchen. I'm working on a chalkboard wall first. **Please ignore the mess. Once all the walls are painted I can get things off the floor and onto the walls!
Then there's the coffee station. **I have to paint the wall and put up shelves to hold the mugs....
The old brick border around the grass. **I just started this last night...
And decorating for fall! **I'm just getting started...
Stay tuned for more of our Cape Cottage Home.
