Family Trip to The Tiniest Zoo Ever

Monday, May 9, was a day off for everyone, so we decided to head out to our local zoo. Alameda Park Zoo. It's the oldest zoo in the Southwest and was established in 1898. Just to give you an idea of how small it is, here is a sign posted near the entrance:

There's no train or tram or monorail through this zoo!

Despite being such a small zoo, they do have a nice collection of animals. Best of all, it only cost our family of seven $14.50 to get in!
