SWITZERLAND!!
Alone. By herself. Without her mom and dad. And we're ok with that. Mostly. A little bit. Ok, I'm just really jealous!
She's packed. Mostly.
Hey...A girl's got to eat! Not sure why she needs to bring ANYTHING though. She's going to Switzerland! Hello! Swiss CHOCOLATE!
(The Sopaipilla Mix is from me to a friend.)
I'd say she's pretty dang excited.
Me? A little nervous. Hey, we're sending our oldest daughter across the planet alone! But...she's "been there done that"...and she gets to see THIS...
And if it makes you feel any better, she has a one stop flight and some VERY close friends are picking her up at the airport and they're all going together to Switzerland. They will also be returning her safely. Phew. There. Don't you feel better? I do. Plus...She's bringing me back some CHOCOLATE!
Have a superterrificawesomegreatfantastic time, I'll miss you and...
Bring me back something SWISS! :)

OUr granddaughter, Kaitlin, spent a semester in Spain last year. It was hard to see her go, but she started a blog while she was there to let everyone know what was going on with her. She plans to go back next year for graduate school.
