Zucchini Relish

Finding a recipe that starts with a letter from the end of the alphabet is hard.  Also, our college girl came home, so I've had other things on my mind!

ZUCCHINI RELISH - A recipe from grandma's collection.  (Actually, this one is from my mom, but in my grandma's hand writing.)



I don't actually have any zucchini relish.  I thought I had some in the cupboard and I was going to show that to you.  Instead I bring you - 

BBQ chicken sandwich with homemade bread and butter pickles on a toasted Hawaiian Sweet bun!  Enjoy!

    Yummm. I've never tasted zuchinni relish before, but it sure sounds good. Reading your recipe reminded me that I forgot to put zuchinni on the pizza I made for lunch.

    I've never had zuchinni relish, but I do like zuchinni. Unfortunately, I'm the only one in this house that likes it which means I don't make it very often. (The chicken sandwich looks good!)
